The campground is situated near the mouth of a creek system. Camp sites are nestled behind sand dunes and are partially protected from the prevailing south westerly winds. All sites are located approximately 50 metres from the beach and offer a scenic seaside camping experience. Pilgramunna is a popular boat launching site. Camp sites have no shade.
Pilgramunna is at risk of flood after heavy rain or during seasonal king tides. Camp site closures can occur during this time - advance bookings cannot be made for king tide periods. Contact the Milyering Visitor Information Centre for further flood risk information....
