Tumit riverfront. Situated on the site of one of the two original settlements of Tumut, this historic property was the site for the first bridge over the Tumut River and is home to the largest English elm in the Southern Hemisphere. These fertile river flats were used for the growing of tobacco and then during the 1900's for the growing of millet. Six generations of local knowledge of the Tumut area ensures your stay will be informed and welcoming. Our cottages, complete with antique furniture, are maintained and presented to the highest standards, offering everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
