The Museum is Dorrigo's window on the district's past, and a centre for the collection of district and personal histories, artifacts and photographs. The building is open to the public for the purpose of study, education and enjoyment. They seek to acquire, conserve, research, communicate and exhibit the material evidence of the people and environment of the Dorrigo Plateau. The area extends from Point Lookout and Guy Fawkes to Clouds Creek; to Lowanna and Maynards Plains and all places in between....
