Sydney's most memorable arts industry fundraiser. A degustation dinner created by five leading Sydney chefs from the Walsh Bay arts and dining hub served to some 400 guests at a long table spanning the length of Pier Two at Walsh Bay in the shadow of Sydney Harbour Bridge. Chefs have selected stand out wines from The New Southern Highlands Food and Wine Clusters and winemakers will join guests at the table. This year's host The Song Company will delight guests with rare pop-up performances by their elite ensemble directed by British composer and conductor Antony Pitts.
